New Products. New Sizes. A Bigger Weight Management Lineup.
Products Worth Knowing About
Weight management has changed a lot.
It isn't just about suppressing appetite anymore. Different products can approach the goal from completely different directions—appetite and cravings, fat metabolism, stored body fat, cellular energy, or a combination of several pathways at once.
That's what makes our expanded Weight Management lineup so exciting. We've added several completely new products, along with new sizes of a couple of favorites we already carry.
Here's what's new.
NEW PRODUCT: AOD-9604 — 5mg & 10mg
AOD-9604 is all about fat metabolism and body composition. It's derived from a specific fragment of human growth hormone associated with fat metabolism, without being full HGH.
The goal with AOD is pretty straightforward: help the body mobilize and break down stored fat while supporting a leaner body composition. And unlike products centered primarily around appetite suppression, AOD approaches weight management from the fat-metabolism side—which makes it especially interesting for someone who's already eating well and training but wants additional support getting leaner.
We've added both 5mg and 10mg options.
NEW PRODUCT: Adipotide 10mg
Adipotide is probably the most unique fat-loss product in this entire launch.
Instead of working primarily through appetite or traditional metabolic pathways, Adipotide was designed to target the blood vessels supplying white adipose tissue. The idea is essentially to attack stored body fat at the source by disrupting the support system those fat cells depend on.
That's why Adipotide has developed such a following among people interested in more aggressive body-composition goals and stubborn stored fat. It's a very different approach from GLP-1s, appetite suppressants, or even AOD-9604—and that's exactly why we wanted it in the lineup.
Our new Adipotide comes in a 10mg vial.

NEW PRODUCT: Tesofensine 500mcg
Tesofensine brings us back to appetite—but from a completely different direction than GLP-1 medications.
It's an oral compound that works with several neurotransmitter systems involved in appetite, satiety, motivation, and eating behavior. The big attraction is helping people feel satisfied with less food and making it easier to stay in control of cravings and overall intake.
For someone who says," I know what I'm supposed to eat—I just can't stop thinking about food," Tesofensine is a particularly interesting option.
And because ours comes in 500mcg capsules, there's no injection involved.
NEW PRODUCT: 5-Amino-1MQ — 50mg
5-Amino-1MQ is for people who are interested in the metabolic side of body composition rather than simply eating less.
It targets an enzyme called NNMT, which is involved in cellular energy metabolism and how the body handles energy storage. That's why 5-Amino-1MQ has become popular in conversations around metabolism, fat reduction, maintaining lean mass, and improving overall body composition.
Think of this less as "make me less hungry" and more as "help my metabolism work in my favor."
It's also oral. Our new option comes in 50mg capsules, 60 per bottle.
NEW SIZE: Cagrilintide 20mg
Cagrilintide has already been part of the Parr lineup, but we're now adding a much larger 20mg option.
Cagrilintide works through the amylin pathway and is centered around one of the biggest challenges in weight management: feeling satisfied. It can help with fullness, appetite control, portion size, and that constant desire to keep eating even when you've technically had enough.
That's what makes it especially interesting alongside the GLP-1 world. It's another pathway for helping turn down appetite and make eating less feel considerably easier.
If you already know our 10mg Cagrilintide, the new 20mg is simply the bigger brother.
NEW SIZE: Reta 5mg
And then we have the little guy. 😂
Now we're adding a new 5mg Reta for people who simply don't need one of the larger vials.
Reta has become so popular because it approaches weight management through three different signaling pathways—GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon—bringing appetite control, satiety, and metabolic signaling together in one compound.
The new 5mg doesn't change what Reta is. It just gives us a smaller, more accessible option at the bottom of a lineup that now goes all the way from 5mg to 100mg.
Different Goals. Different Tools.
This is what I really like about the new Weight Management lineup.
We're not just adding more versions of the same thing.
AOD-9604 approaches fat metabolism.
Adipotide takes aim at stored adipose tissue from an entirely different direction.
Tesofensine focuses heavily on appetite, cravings, and food noise.
5-Amino-1MQ brings in cellular metabolism.
Cagrilintide is about fullness and satiety.
And Reta combines multiple metabolic and appetite pathways.
That gives us a much bigger toolbox—and a lot more flexibility depending on what someone is actually struggling with.
Because sometimes the problem is hunger.
Sometimes it's cravings.
Sometimes it's metabolism.
And sometimes you've already lost the weight and you're trying to take your body composition to the next level.
That's why having different tools matters.
